Position Summary:
The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction and remodel projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be familiar with specifications, drawings and submittals
• Coordinate permitting and make ready to process
• Generates project reports
• Creates and maintains project files
• Prepare bid packages for general contractors
• Perform site inspections for quality control
• Interface with general contractors and be detail oriented with follow up
• Responds to inquiries from different department personnel regarding assigned project status
• Create and maintain budgets for construction projects
• Assist the Chief Development Officer in organizing work relating to specific assigned project deadlines
• Order materials for projects
• Coordinate restaurant openings with Maintenance and Operations
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• 3 years prior QSR Construction experience preferred
• Project Management background
• Ability to act and operate independently
• High degree of confidentiality
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to follow up on pending issues
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and team player
