I completed my continuing education course, but never received my certificate. Make sure all modules are marked as complete. Once this is true, you will see a "View Certificate" button at the bottom of your My Courses page. If the problem persists, please email us via the contact form to the left and we will email it to you. Please be sure to include your full name, address, and license number.
I lost my renewal form that was sent to me by the state. You may request a new renewal form from the state at the following link: Renewal Request.

I am experiencing technical difficulties while trying to view my course Most technical issues can be resolved by upgrading your browser for free. For instructions on how to do this, visit updatemybrowser.org. We recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
My course contains a step titled “Verify your information for your certificate.” Some of the information it shows is missing or incorrect, but the fields are not editable. How do I edit these fields? You cannot edit these fields directly from the “Verify your information for your certificate” module. Instead, you can click the the link within that module that says “Click here if any of the above fields are inaccurate or incomplete.” Alternatively, you can go to your MyAtLeisure tab and click on the “Edit My Profile” tab to update your personal information, and/or the “License Management” tab to update your license number.
My MyAtLeisure dashboard shows that my course has expired, but I need a little more time to review the material. What can I do? Click on the “Request Course Extension” button to the right of your course to request an extension.
