Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Proven history as a lead Construction Supervisor in Residential and/or Commercial projects
  • Construction Supervisor 5+ years in residential construction, with strong understanding
  • of the construction process; safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Proficiency with Scanfly and Aurora Softwares
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or any related field
  • Must have valid Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
  • Lead Renovator License
  • Home Improvement Contractors’ License (HICL)
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks; strategic marketing strategies
  • Oversight of team professional development
  • Travel across multiple states required

Benefits

  • Pay: $74,686.00 - $81,093.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • This role requires effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining compliance with safety regulations
  • Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
  • Utilize construction management software, including HeavyBid, for project estimating and scheduling
  • Review blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle
  • Implement SOPs to ensure adherence to quality & conduct regular site inspections to enforce adherence to OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services
  • Manage teams in alignment with project plans
  • Effectively lead multi-lingual workforce
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders regarding project status
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely manner
