  • Leadership in Electrical Installations
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of electrical systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
  • Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute electrical installations efficiently, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks on completed installations, ensuring they meet industry standards and company guidelines
  • Make necessary adjustments to systems to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Interact directly with clients, explaining installation procedures, addressing concerns, and providing comprehensive information on system operation and maintenance
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on customer premises, ensuring a positive experience throughout the installation process
  • Documentation and Compliance
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including installation reports and maintenance records
  • Provide detailed documentation of installed systems for reference and future servicing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
