•Knowledge of building codes, safety guidelines, and regulations

•Experience in supervising crews
•Ability to multi-task and manage stress
•Physical ability to walk job sites
•Attention to Detail
•Efficiently get things done
•High school or equivalent (Required)
•Construction: 2 years (Required)
•Blueprint reading: 2 years (Required)
•Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities
•Assist project manager (PM) in planning projects and creating schedule
•Assist in choosing contractors and suppliers
•Assist in procuring materials, permits and inspections
•Assign tasks and manage laborers
•Keep accurate records of the job- subcontractors, work performed, materials on site
•Assist subcontractors in interpreting architectural plans
•Work toward timely completion of projects by maintaining schedule, as possible
•Ensure all changes are performed as designed
•Communicate information about the progress of project to PM
•Communicate interactions with owners and subcontractors with PM
•Represent the company professionally during meetings
•Motivate all project participants
•Maintain a clean, safe work site
•Willingness to get dirty, if needed
