All Massachusetts Licensed Plumbers need to complete 12 hours of CE every two years without repetition and may choose to do all 12 hours in one year or do 6 hours each year, as long as they complete both sessions in sequence during the license cycle. Licensed Plumbers must complete subsequent sessions, cannot repeat a previous completed session, and must be current on CEs according to sessions sequence (7,8,9,10, etc.). Sessions cannot be skipped. The current license cycle is Session 15 and Session 16 (2022-2024 cycle). Apprentices shall not be required to complete continuing education.
