- Physical ability to perform job site tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions

Responsibilities
- Shoreline Pools is seeking a motivated and experienced Vinyl Liner Installation Supervisor to lead our residential swimming pool construction projects
- In this role, you'll oversee all phases of vinyl liner pool installations, from start to finish, ensuring every project exceeds our high standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of installers to complete vinyl liner swimming pool construction projects on time and within budget
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Operate and manage machinery and equipment, including hoisting equipment, in compliance with state and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and address project concerns
- Inspect work progress and finished projects to ensure precision, functionality, and aesthetic quality
- Train and mentor team members on proper construction techniques and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot issues and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track
- This is a Full-time, Monday through Saturday position that requires flexibility to meet the demands of construction projects
- Occasional overtime will be required based on project needs
