Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent including trade school training is required
- Massachusetts Journeyman's Plumbers License is required
- Experience working on mechanical systems and the ability to work with minimal supervision is required
- Five (5) years related work experience is required
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Responsibilities
- Hours: 40hrs
- Shift: Day Shift, 7:00am -3:30pm with holiday on call rotation and weekly on call rotation
- Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities or designee, perform routine predictive and preventive maintenance on piping / plumbing equipment and systems throughout the facilities and associated properties
- Duties include, but are not limited to, performing renovations and installing new piping / plumbing systems and equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctioning piping and plumbing, recommending solutions for corrective action and making repairs, working in conjunction with, and monitoring work performed by, contractors / vendors hired by the Hospital
