Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent training and experience
- Minimum of three years' experience operating heavy equipment
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a medical certificate issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current Massachusetts Hoisting License is required
- Knowledge and skill in the operation of heavy earth-moving motor equipment in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment

- Salary and additional benefits are in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- The weekly pay also includes the payment of 2 additional hours (work 40 paid 42), paid at time and one-half, as a bonus for being in an on-call rotation (this adds $71.94 - $76.32 to the weekly pay)

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, sweepers, and backhoes in various weather conditions
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety and accident prevention practices while operating equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as required
