Job description
Seeking a Results Oriented, Organized, Professional Construction Supervisor to join our Team.
The Supervisor will be onsite daily at their assigned projects, and is Responsible for leading, directing the work on-site with field personnel & hired subcontractors on the projects we undertake from start to completion, this includes the execution of the work, production, safety & day to day communications with the client onsite, subcontractors, progress reporting, assisting the project manager with the work plan, & material ordering. Candidate shall be Hands on with the work leading by example and not afraid to teach subordinates.
· Opening & Closing the Job site Daily
· Organization of Job site including equipment, materials, and lay down areas
· Methodical Execution of the work
· Responsible for Daily Production Results including Installation Quality
· Daily Reports, Load List, Expense & Production Reports
· Direct, Assignment and Tasks to Subordinate Employees
· Conduct Weekly On-site Safety Meetings (Job Box Talks), Monitor, maintain a safe job site Record & Report any Safety Violations
· Assist with the Development of work plan, maintain & execute work plan
· Work independently from blueprints, with minimal instruction or supervision, Work with a variety of materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, PVC, Ceramic, Concrete or Drywall.
· Prepare lay-out on each project
· Ability to Think on your feet “Trouble Shoot” & “Problem Solve”
· Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written form with the management, subcontractors, designer & clients alike
· Properly Record & Receive Job site Deliveries
· Assign Daily Tasks to subordinates carpenters, painters, laborers.
· Provide direction to subcontractors as required
· Perform all work functions proficiently in a workman like manner safely and effectively.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay: $70,849.12 - $78,112.36 per year
