Qualifications
- Candidate must have 7+ years of construction experience, strong supervisory skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of MS Office
- Reliable transportation a must
- Minimum 7+ years’ supervisory experience in site & utility work
- Ability to understand construction documents and plans
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with crews, management and clients
- Be able to adapt quickly to changes and problem solve
- A valid driver's license
- CSL License (Required)
- Construction: 6 years (Required)

Responsibilities
- This will be the primary site location
- The successful candidate will liaise with Project Manager and sub-contractors to keep project on time and on budget
- Also responsible for maintaining safety & quality standards as well as keeping detailed records of construction site activities
- The Construction Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates the day-to-day activities at the assigned job sit
- S/he is responsible for supervising all laborers, operators and sub-contractors on-site and ensure that the cost, quality, and schedule goals for the job are accomplished through effective use of employees, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment
- Working with the Project Manager, the supervisor will establish work plans, prepare work schedules and employee assignments for each job
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Work with architect and engineers for all building and site work plans
- Oversee all quality construction means and methods
- Scheduling, Budgeting, Tracking, Ordering, and Client Correspondence through all phases of project from Pre-Construction to Final Walk-Through
- Anticipates problems and proactively comes up with solutions
- Ensures that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
- Maintains a daily report record of daily tasks on each project
- Tracks hours of each employee on the project and reports to the office
