Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a (full-fledged) Superintendent in residential construction, with a strong focus on single-family, high end custom homes and renovations
- Proven track record of managing residential projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Holds MA-CSL
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- 1-1 training/onboarding with one of the company's Partners

Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets quality standards
- Team Leadership: Managing the workforce, including subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel
- Ensuring proper communication and collaboration among all team members
- Safety Management: Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
- Quality Control: Monitoring the work to ensure it meets the project's specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Addressing any issues that arise with construction quality
- Scheduling and Planning: Developing and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating activities between various trades, and ensuring timely completion of project phases
- Budget and Resource Management: Assisting with cost management, ensuring that the project stays within budget
- Overseeing material procurement, equipment usage, and inventory
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact between the construction site and project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
- Providing regular updates on project progress
- Problem Solving: Addressing any challenges that arise on-site, whether related to personnel, materials, weather, or equipment, and finding effective solutions
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all work complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Keeping thorough documentation of work, inspections, and permits
- Inspection and Progress Reporting: Regularly inspecting the work site, identifying potential delays or hazards, and providing progress reports to stakeholders
