- MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License (CSL), and OSHA 10 are required for the Project Superintendent position
- OSHA 30 if not already obtained will need to be completed immediately upon hire

Responsibilities
- The Superintendent has ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of construction projects including:
- Development and adherence to the project schedule
- Maintaining the site-specific quality control plan
- Development and maintenance of the site-specific safety plan
- Development and maintenance of the site logistics plan
- Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work
- Generation of daily construction reports- Procore experience a plus
- Generate weekly SWPPP inspections reports
- Serve as liaison with the community in the areas where the project is being performed
- Maintaining client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc
- Spearheading site coordination amongst trades and acting as the site leader
- Proactively resolve issues as they arise and/or pulling in appropriate parties to make effective resolution decisions
- Maintain effective lines of communication with Project Management team at all times
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions where appropriate
- Identify and address subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
- Identify conflicts in construction documents and communicate them to project team for resolution
- Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified by project team
- Identify and handle any issues of non-compliance with subcontractors relating to quality of work or scheduling
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure timely completion of punch list with subcontractors
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents assigned to projects
- Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time and prepared
