Qualifications

  • If you possess expertise in construction management, have a strong background in OSHA regulations, hold a CSL license, are proficient in AutoCAD, and have a track record of successfully managing projects using MS Project and CoConstruct, we want to hear from you!
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Mandatory)
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • CSL (Construction Supervisor License) in Massachusetts
  • Master's degree in Project Management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Strong experience in using MS Project and CoConstruct for project scheduling and management
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management, overseeing various types of projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all construction aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Prepare and manage project schedules using MS Project and CoConstruct, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met
  • Utilize AutoCAD skills to review and interpret construction drawings, making any necessary adjustments or revisions as required
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction
  • Perform site quantity take offs and order materials related to all trades
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times
  • Develop and implement effective construction strategies, schedules, and budgets
