Qualifications •If you have a deep understanding of the craft of building, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work, we would love to hear from you •Proven experience as a Construction Manager or a similar role in construction •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities •Experience reviewing plans and specifications (hard copy and digital) •Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, regulatory officials, and other partners •Strong leadership and organizational skills •Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities •As a Construction Manager, you will manage construction on-site, overseeing trade partners, and ensuring the successful completion of projects •Lead and manage on-site construction from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards as well as compliance with safety regulations and building codes •Establish strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and other project partners to ensure project goals and specifications are met •Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and address any issues or delays promptly •Manage project documentation, including permits, RFIs, and progress reports •Schedule work efficiently, considering critical sequences and milestones •Uphold company's reputation for excellence, service, and collaboration •Promote respect for team members and clients •Maintain a clean and organized site
