  • Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and Driver’s Licenses
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and handheld devices
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Superintendent, you’ll be a key player in ensuring their projects are completed with the highest quality standards
  • You’ll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing the construction of commercial spaces (mainly dental and medical offices), while keeping everything on track, on time, and within budget
  • You’ll work closely with a Project Coordinator to make sure the team is aligned and the job gets done right
  • You have 4 basic responsibilities: schedule execution, safety, quality, and cost management
  • Your leadership will directly impact how our partners view us and the success of our projects
  • Lead the day-to-day construction on-site, managing the build from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to hit timelines, stick to the budget, and ensure quality
  • Supervise and support all trade partners and employees on-site
  • Ensure the site stays clean and safe every day
  • Participate in scheduling, cost management, and overall project oversight
  • Be the main point of contact for our partners, representing Wellen on-site
  • Keep a clean and professional appearance, and maintain a clean and organized job site
