Qualifications
- You are hard-working, knowledgeable, budget-conscious, well-versed in trade work, schedule-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team!
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 8 years applicable experience
- Ten years experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent or equivalent
- OSHA 30 certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- experience level and determined level/title

Responsibilities
- Construction Managers are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance
- They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed
- Overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and other contract documents
- Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
- Performing daily quality control and safety checks
- Report all safety incidents to the Senior Construction Manager
- Accurate and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management Software
- Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job site
- Inventory and approve all building materials before installation
- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with subcontractors and office personnel
- Conduct weekly task specific Toolbox Talks with subcontractors
