We prefer someone who has worked in the construction, or related fields, with some experience with the AIA subcontract requisition process. - Set up Job files in the computer, as well as required paper files, for all new projects.
- Enter the schedule of values of each project to AIA in our Quantum software for submittal to the GC
- On a monthly basis, prepare requisitions for payment to GC
- Create, and submit to GC, Supplier and Sub-Sub lien waivers
- Prepare all Change Order requests to be submitted to GC
- Track all change orders for approval and completion
- Prepare other documents, as required, including: warranty letters, bid letters, bid forms, certificates of insurance, and other related documents/corresponsdence
- AIA Sub-Contract Knowledge
- Construction industry, or related field
- Knowledge of Quantum Software
- Competitive Pay, DOE
