We ARE a premier supplier of equipment in our market niche Industry throughout New England, and we are seeking to hire someone to help us person manage the AIA requisitioning process. We prefer someone who has worked in the construction, or related fields, with some experience with the AIA subcontract requisition process. What You Will Be Doing

• Set up Job files in the computer, as well as required paper files, for all new projects.
• Enter the schedule of values of each project to AIA in our Quantum software for submittal to the GC
• On a monthly basis, prepare requisitions for payment to GC
• Create, and submit to GC, Supplier and Sub-Sub lien waivers
• Prepare all Change Order requests to be submitted to GC
• Track all change orders for approval and completion
• Prepare other documents, as required, including: warranty letters, bid letters, bid forms, certificates of insurance, and other related documents/corresponsdence

What You Need for this PositionAt Least 1 Year of experience and knowledge of:
 

• AIA Sub-Contract Knowledge
• Construction industry, or related field
• Knowledge of Quantum Software
