Qualifications

  • Valid Massachusetts State Electrician’s License
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
  • Experience with relay-based electrical control systems
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance

  • Electrician: $46.13/hour
  • Plus, shift differential
  • SIGN-ON BONUS: $4,000
  • In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus
  • The targeted bonus rate is based on company and individual performance measures
  • Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee
  • Standard Overtime: 1.5x the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 8 per day
  • Attendance Bonus: $500 per semester for meeting company attendance requirements
  • Weekend Shift Premiums:
  • Saturday: Time and a half (1.5x hourly rate)
  • Sunday: Double time (2x hourly rate)
  • Sign on Bonus: $4,000

Responsibilities

  • This role focuses on electrical infrastructure, power distribution, motors, and safety systems
  • Plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, circuit breaker panels, switches, relays, and electrical equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and determine appropriate corrective actions
  • Service motors, motor starters, safety circuits, and power distribution systems
  • Apply OSHA safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical testing practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Shift: Must be able to work either a 3rd shift or a 2nd shift
  • 3rd shift- 10PM-6:30AM
  • 2nd shift- 2PM -10:30PM
  • ** Saturday or Sunday depending on production needs – 12 hours shift ***
  • 2nd shift- 6AM-6:00PM
