Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction supervision experience
- Previous experience managing multiple superintendents and projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods and sequencing
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction schematics accurately
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Construction Supervisors License (CSL) (Required)

Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction General Superintendent to lead large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
- This pivotal role involves overseeing all on-site activities, managing construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and technical drawings
- Oversee and support multiple superintendents across various construction sites
- Ensure all projects maintain company standards for safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field leadership teams
- Assist superintendents with problem-solving, scheduling conflicts, manpower planning, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and contract requirements
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or operational issues
- Lead field coordination meetings and provide ongoing leadership to site teams
- Maintain communication between field operations and executive/project management teams
- Mentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and field staff
