Qualifications
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision or a similar role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
- Thoughtforms is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site residential construction projects from start to finish
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- You will also maintain project documentation, develop construction schedules, and ensure that work meets Thoughtforms' high standards of quality
- Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed within the project timeline, budget, and safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project partners, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues or delays promptly
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits, RFIs, and progress reports
- Develop, manage, and update construction schedules and sequencing of tasks
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe for all workers
