Qualifications
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Superintendent with a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License to join our dynamic team
- Proven working experience in Municipal and Publicly Funded construction projects
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
- Excellent knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture.”
- Competence in conflict and crisis management
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in construction supervision and project management
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Conduct performance reviews of the project team and ensure they meet the project's objectives
