Qualifications
- Full-Time | Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License Required
- Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- 8–15 years of construction experience
- Proven experience as a lead superintendent running projects independently
- Are field-focused and prefer being on-site
- Run a tight, well-organized jobsite
- Know how to drive a schedule without sacrificing quality
- Take initiative and solve problems proactively

Responsibilities
- This role is for a hands-on builder who leads from the front, solves problems in real time, and holds the jobsite to a high standard every day
- Take ownership of field execution from mobilization through closeout
- Run the jobsite day-to-day: coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and keep work moving
- Build and maintain realistic project schedules, including two-week lookaheads
- Lead daily site coordination and set clear expectations for all subcontractors
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite at all times
- Read and interpret plans and details, and resolve issues before they impact the schedule
- Partner with the Project Manager while driving all field operations
- Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
- Oversee quality control and inspections throughout all phases
- Hold subcontractors accountable for performance, manpower, and results
- Mentor junior field staff by setting the standard through your work
