Qualifications
- Experienced in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision for managing construction teams and ensuring adherence to timelines and project plans
- Proficient in conducting on-site Inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications
- Knowledgeable in Construction Safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and contractors at all project stages
- Ability to manage documentation, planning, and reporting effectively
- Proven track record of leadership and decision-making in a construction environment
- Understanding of construction codes, regulations, and best practices
- Valid drivers license required
- Current Construction Supervisor license required
Responsibilities
- This is a full-time remote position for a Construction Supervisor
