Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Lead Superintendent running projects independently
- Proven experience in multifamily construction
- Strong ability to lead field teams (not an assistant or scope-only superintendent)
- Required credentials:
- OSHA 30
- CSL License
- Stable company with strong tenure and experienced leadership
- High-quality project portfolio and consistent pipeline

Responsibilities
- Join a highly respected, financially stable construction management firm known for delivering complex projects with consistency, quality, and long-term client relationships
- You will serve as the lead superintendent on projects from mobilization through turnover, owning field execution and driving schedule, safety, and quality
- Full-site leadership: safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performance
- Daily coordination with project managers, subs, inspectors, and design teams
- Planning and execution of site logistics, sequencing, and look-ahead schedules
- Mentorship of field staff and consistent communication with stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving to keep work moving and standards high
