Qualifications
- Operators must be safety conscious, quick thinking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of relevant experience running heavy equipment on construction sites
- 2A Hoisting Engineer License
- OSHA 10 Certification
- DOT Physical
- US Work Authorization
- US Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities
- The operator will run a variety of equipment through the course of a project, including, but not limited to: rubber tired excavators, track excavators, loaders, skidsteers, backhoes, rollers, and graders
- Trenching and backfilling for Water Pipes, Sewer Pipes, and Drain Pipes
- Excavation and grading for sidewalks, curbing, and roadways
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment to achieve production goals
- Work in conjunction with laborers to accomplish tasks
- Able to understand and work within the boundaries of a roadway traffic setup
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, properly lubricated, and fueled
- Handling, placing, and removing heavy objects such as concrete structures, trench boxes, and steel plates
- Ability to operate with various attachments, including hammers, rammers, and various buckets
