Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively
- Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation to maintain financial efficiency
- Utilize construction management software, including Bluebeam, for project documentation and communication
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and schedules for project planning
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, addressing any issues that arise promptly
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any incidents that occur on-site
