Qualifications
- Be an experienced operator with a valid hoisting license
- Be capable of a high level of production while remaining safety and quality oriented
- Have experience in the above types of site excavation work or comparable experience (agricultural, etc.)
- Be able to read construction drawings
- Be able to set grade given a benchmark and rotary laser
- A strong passion for learning and productivity may allow for hiring of a candidate that is lacking the above supplementary skills
- Be reliable and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
- Having a CDL (Class A or B) is a bonus but is not required
- Do you have experience operating/feeding a portable crusher or screener?

Responsibilities
- Screening and Crushing Operations
- Our fleet includes but is not limited to mini to 30 ton excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skidsteers, screening/crushing plant components and compactor/vibratory rollers
- Provide their opinion while maintaining a positive, team player attitude
