Qualifications
- General Contracting License
- 5+ years of commercial construction management
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Must hold a current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL)

Responsibilities
- We are looking for a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, including interior fit-outs and restaurant renovations
- The role involves contract management, project monitoring, and quality control, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction
- Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Conduct field inspections
- Prepare estimates and track project costs
- Review and approve invoices
- Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals
