Qualifications
- This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, independence, and a commitment to quality
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of state plumbing codes and system design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and climbing

Responsibilities
- As a Journeyman Plumber at Caswell Mechanical, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems on a variety of projects
- Install and service water, gas, and drainage piping systems
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications
- Ensure installations meet state and local code requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team leads
- Follow all safety protocols on-site
