Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (required)
- Valid 2A MA Hoisting License (required)
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills

Responsibilities
- Hours: 40–43 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll be a key player in our field crews—operating machinery, assisting with underground utility installation, and helping complete high-quality sitework projects
- From highways and pump stations to deep trench work, this role is hands-on and essential to keeping projects moving forward safely and efficiently
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and skid steers
- Safely perform deep utility excavation using trench boxes
- Complete routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project goals
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Willingness to support general labor tasks when needed
