- As a Heavy Equipment Operator for the upcoming winter season, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient snow removal at commercial sites

- Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial sites according to site maps and instructions
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols
- Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
- Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity and duration of snow events
