Qualifications
- This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes , job safety and the ability to utilize Procore software
- Minimum of 3+years working for a General Contractor
- Must be OSHA certified
- Current MA Construction Supervisors License
- Proficient in Procore
- Demonstrate high level of professionalism
- Strong problem solving, managerial and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe construction practices
- Willingness to travel to throughout the New England area

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in retail, commercial and restaurant projects, both renovation and new construction
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and vendors on the jobsite
- Daily communication with Project Team
- Attend weekly client meetings
- Review and adhere to project plans and specifications
- Provide three week look-aheads
- Prepare daily logs
- Responsible for quality control and completion of punch lists
- Conduct weekly safety meetings/OSHA compliance
