Responsibilities
- As a Service Plumber at Murphy’s Services, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems
- You’ll interact directly with homeowners, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential
- Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, faucets, toilets, drains, and water lines
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Install plumbing fixtures and appliances as needed
- Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients about work performed
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and job site
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Complete job reports and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours service calls
