Qualifications
- Massachusetts plumbing license required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using plumbing and HVAC software for job management, invoicing, and record keeping
- Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work with and learn HVAC systems
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling are required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid trade license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience

- Expected hours: 40-45 per week
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing services and repairs
- Plan and execute all necessary steps for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing water and drain systems
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures efficiently
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Accurately document and manage billing and invoicing
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Present yourself professionally and knowledgeably to earn referrals and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked company truck
- Willingness to work on job sites in all weather conditions
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and weekends
