Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Hoisting License (Required)

Responsibilities
- This position plays a critical role in our operations and requires a safety-conscious individual with strong attention to detail and a solid track record of operating heavy equipment efficiently and responsibly
- Safely operate various types of heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, and skid steers
- Load and unload materials with precision
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow site safety protocols and company procedures
- Support site preparation, grading, and material handling tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure job completion
