Qualifications
- This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including excavator, loader, skidsteer operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment while adhering to safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively
- A valid driver's license and hoisting license is required

Benefits

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skidsteers, and water trucks on construction sites
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
- Assist in building and preparing construction sites by moving materials and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment and report any significant problems to management
