Qualifications
- Must be able to work safely in close proximity to ground workers
- Must be legal to work in the USA
- Experience in operating heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, bulldozers, skid steers and excavators
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Physical strength and ability to operate equipment for extended periods of time
- Valid minimum 2A Massachusetts hoisting license
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Valid DOT medical card
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in construction, excavation, or other related industries
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- We are looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators who will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment
- In this position, you will be expected to follow safety protocols, perform routine maintenance checks, and ensure that the equipment is functioning properly
- You will be required to work in a variety of settings, including construction sites and commercial sites
- Operate heavy earthmoving equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, skid steers and backhoes to move materials and earth (bucket/forks/hammer etc)
- Be able to follow detailed instruction
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success
- Operate equipment in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
- Complete daily logs and reports to track equipment usage and maintenance
- Perform other related duties as assigned (i.e shoveling/raking) by management
