Qualifications
- The position carries the potential to grow into a crew leader role for the right candidate
- Must have experience operating various types of equipment/vehicles, including but not limited to excavators, backhoes, front end loaders, rollers, dump trucks and skid steers
- Hard-working attitude and flexibility are essential, as work will also include general labor such as paving, compacting, demos, landscape restoration, shoveling, raking/grading, site cleanup, heavy lifting, record keeping, navigating Dig Safe markings and the ability to follow plans and specifications
- CDL A
- 2A hoisting license
- Experience working on drainage and water and sewer projects
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Participation in the company’s year-round random drug testing program is also required
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
