Qualifications
- Licensing: Must hold a Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in residential and light commercial plumbing services and installations

Responsibilities
- Service & Repair: Perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, including troubleshooting and repair of conventional and high-efficiency hydronic gas heating systems
- Installation: Install and service ductless mini-splits, high-efficiency hot air heating systems, and complete new residential installations
- Tool Proficiency: Operate new and traditional tools and technologies, including:
- Propress and Megapress systems
- PEX piping (Uponor and Viega)
- Soldering and cast iron joining methods
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with efficiency and accuracy
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and clear communication
