Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Valid driver’s license
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or another relevant discipline
- High school diploma or GED
- 15 years of experience in large scale high-end residential and/or large scale commercial construction
- 5-10 years in superintendent role or equivalent
- Need to be able to perform moderate to strenuous physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
- Lifting up to 90 pounds
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (Required)
- OSHA 30 (Required)

Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- This role involves managing on-site activities, maintaining compliance with quality standards, and keeping thorough project records
- You will mentor up-and-coming supervisors, enforce safety and security protocols, and uphold the Keiter customer experience
- Lead and manage commercial, institutional and high-end residential projects from inception to completion
- Direct and coordinate all on-site activities, including employee and subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates or scope changes to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, budgets, and industry regulations, including Mass Building Code and OSHA standards
- Uphold the highest standards of quality control, safety, and jobsite security while enforcing company and industry safety procedures
- Facilitate and attend project meetings with owners, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including time and material tracking, RFIs, as-builts, change orders (PCOs, SKs, ASIs, Bulletins), and jobsite photography
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and the project team
- Support company values within the organization and community while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (CSL)
