Qualifications
- High School diploma; two (2) years of highway construction experience, including heavy motor equipment operation; snow and ice removal; or equivalent combination of education and experience; valid Massachusetts’s Class B Commercial Driver’s License and all Hoisting Engineer’s Licenses required to operate a complete line of department equipment
- The Town of Medway offers in-house training to obtain CDL and Hoisting Licenses and is willing to train the right candidate
- Licenses would be required within 6 months of employment

Responsibilities
- Position primarily involves road maintenance and repair; operate all light and heavy department equipment to include but not be limited to front end loaders, street sweepers, snowplows and sanders, backhoes and trucks
- Drives and operates assigned motor equipment in accordance with all applicable regulations and safety practices.
