Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years' supervisory experience in site & utility work
- Ability to understand construction documents and plans
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with crews, management, and clients
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and problem solve
- A valid driver's license is required
- CSL License is required

Responsibilities
- The Construction Supervisor at Stonestreet Corporation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at the Windward Pines Condominium development project in Onset, MA
- This role involves managing laborers, operators, and subcontractors to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- The supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to maintain safety and quality standards while keeping detailed records of site activities
- Establish work plans and prepare work schedules and employee assignments for each job
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Collaborate with architects and engineers for all building and site work plans
- Oversee quality construction means and methods
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, tracking, ordering, and client correspondence throughout all project phases
- Anticipate problems and proactively develop solutions
- Ensure the job site is kept clean and organized
- Maintain daily reports of tasks on each project
- Track hours of each employee on the project and report to the office
