- Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, as operators must be available for all winter snow events, which may require extended hours based on severity
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps
- Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing
- Arrive on-time and ready to work
- Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events
