Qualifications
- High school diploma and three years of experience in public works construction and maintenance activities including the operation of heavy equipment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Massachusetts CDL Class A Unrestricted drivers license with air brake and tanker endorsements
- Massachusetts Hydraulic Hoisting 2A and 1C license required
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
- Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining all types of special and heavy equipment and trucks

Responsibilities
- Skilled manual work in the operation of specialized and heavy equipment and other public works vehicles and in performing construction and maintenance activities; all other duties as assigned
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor under varying weather conditions
