Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support local construction projects
- Hydraulics License 2A minimum
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and graders
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
- Experience with commercial driving for transporting equipment to job sites
- Strong communication skills to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
- Excavator: 1 year (Required)
- Commercial driving: 1 year (Required)
- Dump truck: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment such as CAT backhoe, skid steer, Front end loader and Excavators along with Mack 10 Wheel dump truck/tractor w/tag and lowbed trailer experience
- Perform tasks including septic system installation, grading, foundation site work
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Assist with manual labor tasks when not operating equipment
