Qualifications
•valid MA Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an air brake endorsement
•hoisting license to operate loader, backhoe, excavator, catch basin cleaner, and special side boom mower (DPS 2A, 4E, and 4G)
•Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities
•The Heavy Motor Equipment Operator is responsible for maintaining Town public ways, utilities, facilities, grounds, and athletic fields
•The HMEO operates construction, maintenance, and snow removal equipment and performs manual labor
•8 hour shift (Winter 7am-3pm, Summer 6:30am-2:30pm)
• On call Overtime (4 hour minimum) Weekend availability
