Qualifications •Proven ability to operate construction equipment such as backhoes, front-end loaders, skid steers, heavy plowing equipment and paving maintenance equipment is required •Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid Massachusetts Class B Commercial Driving License with air brake endorsement, a 2A/1C Hydraulic Hoisting License, and a proven good driving record, as evidenced by a Registry of Motor Vehicles report •The position includes a 5 day, 40 hour work week in addition to mandated overtime during emergencies or special work details such as snowstorms and event staffing •Experience in highway and plowing is required •If selected candidate would have six months to obtain required licenses •Pre-employment requirements include physical and drug screening
