Qualifications
•Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, or other documents that describe electrical systems or components is a must
•Ability to follow written instructions accurately and effectively use a telephone
•Ability to write reports
•Ability to perform basic math calculations
•Up to 25% travel

Responsibilities
•The Electrician will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems and components, as well as assisting with troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and components
•Install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring and components (ducts, cables, transformers etc.)
•Test electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality
•Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems (replace light bulbs, switches etc.)
•Troubleshoot problems during installation or repair work and suggest solutions
•Conduct risk assessments and manage risk costs when necessary
•Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations
•Ensure that work is performed in a respectful manner towards customers, fellow workers, and the environment
•Ensure that all work is performed in a respectful manner towards the clientele and the environment
•Perform regular inspections of work sites, tools, and equipment to ensure that it will be ready for installation when the job is finished
•Assist with the building of electrical wiring in new construction projects or similar projects as needed

•Pay: From $35.00 per hour
•Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
