Qualifications
•The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced Corporate Interior Construction
•Commercial construction background in Boston and Cambridge with a valid Construction Supervisors License
•Proficient with Microsoft Project including experience maintaining and updating project schedule
•Proven track record of meeting deadlines and possess the ability to pay close attention to the crucial details of construction
•Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
•In-depth understanding of inspections and occupancy process
•Effective communication skills amongst team members and clients
Responsibilities
•Solely responsible for the management of construction site and all daily operations to include safety, schedule, subcontractors, coordination and quality of construction
•Maintain accurate project schedule while working with project team to ensure timely project execution
•Keep up with Tremont Construction Management’s fast paced environment, multiple demands and produce on time, quality results while providing the highest level of customer service
•Represent Tremont Construction Management with owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors and subcontracts in a professional and courteous manor
•Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner
•Create and maintain established relationships with the project team through effective communication and problem-solving skills
•Understands consistently follows, and enforces Tremont’s safety procedures and policies
•Knowledge of the overall financials of a project to achieve profit goals
•Partner with Estimating and Operations team to execute pre-construction & project set up
